THE BRIEF

A Blank Canvas Transformed

Project Ferring is a new development built in January 2023. The clients moved in after a few months and found themselves confronted with a blank canvas consisting only of a singular field maple tree and lawn.

The clients had trouble visualising their vision and dream of the finished garden and wanted to avoid costly mistakes. Studio Hummingbird created a comprehensive design including coastal planting, porcelain tiled terraces, a waterfall feature, stepping stones, raised vegetable beds, and a patio positioned to catch the evening sun.
