Enhancing Kerb Appeal with Thoughtful Planting
When Studio Hummingbird took on this garden design project, our clients had one main goal: enhancing the kerb appeal of their front garden to create an inviting first impression. They wanted a modern, welcoming entrance with evergreen structure, seasonal colour, and statement lighting.
Victoria started by selecting a tiled pathway in a geometric pattern that complemented the home’s architecture, creating a clean, defined route to the front door. The planting scheme features a mix of evergreen Carex, Pittosporum, and seasonal colour from Salvia and Lavender — chosen for year-round interest with minimal maintenance.
To finish off the look, we added a few statement lights at the front door. This front garden design provides an inviting entrance with fresh kerb appeal, welcoming guests and making a lasting impression.
