Your garden design journey starts with our exciting ‘My Ideal Garden’- Discovery form. Filling in this form will help Victoria to prepare for your initial phone call and will give you ideas of how a garden designer works. It also will help you to understand what you want to achieve in your garden.
Initial Curiosity Phone Call
Our initial phone call gives you an overview of our services and what you can expect. Based on your filled-in discovery form Victoria will advise you on what service would suit your needs and budget best, and we find out if we’re a good fit for your project.

The Garden Clarity Visit
We aim to create a smooth journey for you.
That’s why on our initial site visit, Victoria will gather all the information about what you want and need to achieve the garden of your dreams and make it work for you and your family. She will take measurements and we determine a budget. This way you can relax and enjoy the journey.
After the visit, we will present the design brief along with a proposal regarding the design fee to you.
Conceptual Design
It’s getting exciting! We want that you can envision your garden in every detail.
After you approve the design brief and budget, we create a layout plan in 2D including a planting scheme, 3D images of key features, and a video walkthrough.
Remember, it’s your garden and it’s important to us that to achieve a garden you truly love and that’s why we will adapt throughout the process. After receiving the first draft of the design you can make changes. The process allows for one revisions.
Final Presentation and Master Plan
It’s getting more and more exciting! After the revision, you will receive the final plans for your garden including a plant legend, planting scheme, 2d plan view in pdf, lighting plan, 3D images and a final video walk-through in daytime and nighttime.
Project Coordination
Once your design is complete, we prepare a detailed scope of works and share this alongside the design package with a carefully selected group of our trusted landscape contractors.
If you already have a contractor in mind, we are equally happy to provide the drawings for them to cost, ensuring flexibility and ease at this stage.
Once a contractor has been appointed, we remain closely involved throughout the build and planting process. We oversee each stage with care, ensuring that every detail is delivered as intended and that the finished garden reflects the vision we have created together.

This is the best part! Everything takes shape and you can finally enjoy your new beautiful outdoor space.
